About Copilot Post

Copilot Post is an AI-powered spam filter for HubSpot shared inbox. We help sales and support teams stop spam automatically, reduce manual triage, and keep their CRM free of junk contacts and fake leads.

Why we built it

We use HubSpot for our own work. Our shared inbox was full of spam—guest-post requests, paid-link offers, and similar noise. We were spending hours every week marking it as spam. We built Copilot Post so we could stop doing that, and so other teams could too.

Our Mission

To give teams using HubSpot one simple way to filter spam and irrelevant messages—so they spend less time sorting the inbox and more time on real leads.

What We Do

We provide an app that integrates with HubSpot shared inbox, uses AI to analyze incoming messages, and flags spam in real time. You control what gets through; we handle the noise.
